Really Fat Cats

My cat is pregnant and I don’t know how long she’s been pregnant. She is an indoor/outdoor cat so I don’t see her very much until night time. So I really have no idea when she got pregnant. Sometimes she’ll disappear for a couple days. I noticed she was getting really fat like 2 weeks ago, and last night she hopped up on my lap and I felt her belly and the babies were moving around. I could feel them pushing or kicking against the walls of her belly. How long do you think it will be?
She has a big huge soft and very warm sleeping bag that she sleeps on in the garage. I am sure this is probably where she’ll give birth to the kittens. Is it OK to touch them after the first day? Macy (my cat) trusts me very much and we are very close. Do you think she’ll negelect them if I touch them too soon? She is a 1 person cat. I am married and have a son and I am the only one she comes to.
Is that a good sign as far as the trust between me, her, and the kittens? That is all I am worried about. I don’t want to cause any problems.

i can not bring her in because she might have motes or something also my sister got a new cat and it if supper fluffy and we cant tell if it is boy or girl

Ok my cat has a really bad digestive, its been that way since he was a kitten. We rarely ever feed his wet food because it gives him the runs its like a blue moon we give it to him. He only eats dry food like his sister. Now my cat weights like 20 pounds maybe more hes a big cat but his sister isnt that big. Should i start feeding him wet food with his dry food or keep him on dry food or just do wet food? I just want him to be healthy!
