Cats
drummerchic1588 asked: He is a 7 year old, indoor cat. He was fixed when he was very young, and has never been outdoors. His diet consists of cat food and dairy products, and occasionally some chicken… Always has. He has always been a large cat, but proportional. I’m now noticing that his head and neck look fat, really fat. His face looks flattened and his ears seem smaller due to the size of his fat cheeks and neck. It is not just his fur, because I squeeze back on his face and whatever it is, is solid mass. I don’t think it’s a tumor (bc it’s on both sides). I’m afraid he has cancer or something. Btw- he has not lost any weight… He is super fat all over!! If you’ve ever had a cat that has suddenly “ballooned up”, please tell me what the outcome was.
