There are always unattainable promises sewn into the hopeful voters.none of these ever come to fruition. I honestly believe that our current system of election is outdated. The roughly 40% of voters that actually vote(yes I vote) unfortunately are not a factor. Democrats vs Republicans..they both want our money. Our Congress, our Senate, OUR elected representatives..a bunch of fat cats getting rich off of us. The “dollar’ is an international joke at this point. The U.S. is seen as “bullies” and ..We are! This country is an absolute MESS.This is what our government has done for us. These candidates won’t/can’t change a damn thing. The voice of the people is unfortunately a non factor it is never heard. You can go vote for the more convincing Liar at your local post..but if your state goverment likes the other guy better…He wins…..
WTF???

Their plataforms are similars. The specific details of the plans aren’t too significant; what matters more is the actual ability of the candidate to create the political will for change. Obama, unlike the most of the other candidates, has a history of working across the aisle and listening to opposing viewpoints, and is stressing a united America within his campaign.
LATINA VOTING FOR OBAMA!!!

Id take Hilary over Obama anyday of the week at least she is a known quantity. Obama has a hidden agenda hes not being truthful nor forthcoming nor honest as to is true ideology or beliefs. He is a Charlatan and a fake a snake charmer. There is a most sinister side of this man we have not “truly”seen yet.

So many people feel as you do- that the gov’t is too damn corrupt to ever change. Well, maybe I’m niave and young enough to not be so embittered (yet), b/c as obviously untrustworthy and self-interested the gov’t is, I believe that the greater sin is that Americans are so apathetic to let corrupt practices carry on unabated. We are so damn concerned w/ American Idol/ the scale/ finding “love” that even contentious issues cease to rile us anymore.
I’m a Republican but I’m moderate enough that I’m dusgusted when I think about how the antiquated Electoral College allowed the democratically-elected candidate to not ascend to the presidency (Not that I like Gore- I would’ve liked to see McCain or Elizabeth Dole win). And the rest of country was disgusted to for a couple of weeks- until they droned out their outrage by passively sinking back to watching Millionare. We still have the electoral College so that future elections can be illegitimately conceived again.
While I don’t blame people who feel frustrated w/ gov’t, b/c frankly it is one of the most aggravating institutions known to man, I get more upset at the recognition that such skepticism only augments political apathy, nonvoting and unworkable gov’t.

Anybody can piss and moan. So what’s your solution?
And in answer to your question, Hillary knows what she’s doing. Obama doesn’t.
