Really Fat Cats

Cat tend to like small portions of food and the vet told me to feed my cat twice a day but she is still hungry. I don’t feed her more than 2 times a day as she started getting really fat when I used to and that wasn’t good.

My cat is 4 years old. How many times should I feed my cat?
