Really Fat Cats

Ok my cat has a really bad digestive, its been that way since he was a kitten. We rarely ever feed his wet food because it gives him the runs its like a blue moon we give it to him. He only eats dry food like his sister. Now my cat weights like 20 pounds maybe more hes a big cat but his sister isnt that big. Should i start feeding him wet food with his dry food or keep him on dry food or just do wet food? I just want him to be healthy!

My two cats are both turning a year old next month. One cat weighs 11.6 pounds and the other weighs 10 pounds. Is that fat or overweight for felines their age? The vet said they’re not fat but are on the verge of being overweight. She suggested I reduce the regular amount of dry food I give them by 2/3 or 3/4. But One of them has a bronchial infection and she simply refuses to take her medicine by mouth, so I have to mix the medicine in with wet food she likes just so she can take it. But I’m concerned that giving her wet food two times a day (instead of the regular routine of once every two days) will increase her risk of being overweight. As well as my other cat. He always comes around when I mix the medicene into the wet food, and I feel guilty because I know he wants some even though he’s not supposed to have any, so I give him like a chunk of the wet food. Like i said before I’m worried giving them extra canned food will increase their risk of being overweight. But Sasha (my girl cat) won’t take it anyway except inside the wet food. What should I do?

Ok so i have two cats and one is a little overweight despite my attempts to put him on a diet. at any rate, I give them wet food for breakfast and dinner and dry food is left out all the time to acount for lunch etc. I worry the dominant fatter cat eats enought of the food that the other cat doesnt get enough. the other cat is normal weight and does not look like he lacks enough food or anything. I would know if one cat were not gettin enough food right?

she is an outdoor cat and shes really active. she dosnt have worms because we tested her. She eats 2 really big meals a day and some times dosnt finish the whole thing. I give her dry food mixed with wet food. Any ideahs what to give her to make her fat?
shes too skinny
shes spayed and she hates being an indoor cat. Also i dont want her to be that fat i just want her to not be so skinny she might die

My 3 cats are 8 years old, and I have been feeding them dry and wet food, but one is fat so I watch what he eats otherwise he steals from the other two. We are going away, can they be fed dry food only? I have two different feeding places, one for the fat one and one for the other two.
